There is a $7.50 per person/per day energy surcharge in November, December, and January. Firewood for fireplaces is included with rental during these months. Weekly rentals consists of 6 nights and 7 days rental. Check in Time is Noon, Check out time is 1:00 PM. Extra half day charge of $100 for late check out.

There is a fully supplied kitchen in the home. On site catering is available for groups at an additional charge. Other special meeting arrangements and day trips can be arranged.

There is a nonrefundable cleaning deposit of $95.00 for ALL WEEKLY RENTALS.

Important Note: There is a caretaker on the property at all times. The caretaker manages security, maintenance, and safety issues, but does not provide housekeeping, catering, or innkeeper services. Caretaker's room is at the rear of the house on the lower level. Rentals without the caretaker require an extra charge of $250.00.

Deposit required. VISA and Mastercard Accepted. Deposit must be made 14 days in advance when possible. Cancellations within 48 hours prior will be charged one day rental.

Due to fire hazard, smoking is not permitted inside the home. Smoking is permitted in the sun room and outdoors.
